The Human Resources Committee works to ensure that our congregation acts in a responsible manner as an employer of staff. We are charged with overseeing annual reviews of our non-ministerial staff – our Director of Religious Education, Office Administrator, and our Music Director. We make sure employment contracts are up to date and make recommendations to the Board regarding salary adjustments. We assist with the hiring of new staff as needed. We also assist with contracts and terms of employment for staff who are hired on a contractual basis, rather than as employees.
