Archives

Our archivist is responsible for preserving documents in several categories:

  1. those produced by the congregation for internal or external distribution;

  2. those directly concerned with the business of the congregation;

  3. documents or clippings in which the name of the congregation appears and which contribute substantially to our records.

 While there are some substantial gaps in our holdings, we have a fairly complete collection of Board minutes, orders of service, and newsletters illustrating most of our history, as well as historical evidence concerning our ministers and other staff, our property holdings, and other important congregational activities. If you need to access our archives, please email info@grandriverunitarian.ca.

More information about our archives can be found in the document, Information & Guidelines about Grand River Unitarian Archives
